Bekkah: Introducing the charming Bekkah, a delightful young pup ready to bring joy to your family! This adorable girl's journey led her to our shelter on 8/4, and she's now eagerly waiting to join a loving home. Bekkah is just 1 year old and tips the scales at a gentle 32 pounds. Her lovable personality shines as bright as the sun, and she's already mastered the art of sitting when you ask. With her undivided attention and impeccable manners, she's the perfect companion for any family. Imagine the happiness Bekkah could bring to your home! Could she be the missing piece to your family puzzle? You can find her under ID# 648217 Run 203. Rest assured, Bekkah is up-to-date on her vaccines, spayed, and her adoption will include micro-chipping and a heartworm test. Don't miss out on the chance to welcome this wonderful addition into your hearts and home.

Kristoff: Say hello to the charming Kristoff! This handsome boy is undoubtedly one of the sweetest souls around, with eyes that capture hearts at first glance. Kristoff's journey brought him to our shelter on 07/22, where he unfortunately wasn't reunited with his original family. Despite that, he's already mastered sitting on command and taking treats gently, thanks to his previous family's teachings. Plus, he's a pro at walking on a leash with grace. Although Kristoff's previous family missed his monthly heartworm prevention, resulting in a positive heartworm test, there's good news – he's completed his treatment right here at the shelter. Many dogs who undergo heartworm treatment go on to lead wonderfully healthy lives. At just one year old and weighing 45 pounds, Kristoff is full of youthful energy and love. His vaccines are up to date, and he'll be neutered and micro-chipped before joining your family. You can find this resilient pup in kennel 330 of the small dog room, eagerly waiting to meet his new family. Look for him under ID# 647907. Despite his past challenges, Kristoff's spirit is unwavering, and he's ready to shower your family with affection and joy for years to come.

Handsome: Greetings, I go by the name of Handsome, and true to my title, I'm a striking orange fellow who found his way to the shelter due to a change in circumstances. With a heart as warm as my fur, I'm on the lookout for a wonderful new family and a journey towards a healthier weight. Why not come by and witness my charm firsthand? Meet Handsome, a 3-year-old male domestic short-haired cat who's ready to capture your heart. His vibrant orange coat is matched only by his delightful personality. He's kept current with all his vaccines and boasts a microchip for added security. As part of his adoption, he'll be neutered and undergo a combo test. Don't miss the chance to meet this endearing orange companion at Cobb County Animal Services, nestled in kennel #006 A. You can easily identify him by his ID# 647813. With his irresistible allure and affectionate nature, Handsome is all set to become a cherished member of your family.

Our Field, Kennel and Veterinary teams are the backbone of our operation. Our compassionate veterinary team plays a crucial role in promoting responsible pet ownership. They carry out spaying and neutering procedures for animals adopted from Cobb County Animal Services, curbing pet overpopulation and contributing to a healthier animal community. Moreover, they offer dedicated care and medical attention to sick or injured animals brought to the shelter, showing them the love and compassion they need to heal.
