Dance Fitness & Stretching w/ Patrice
Tuesday, January 2nd at 7 pm
Combining toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics with dancing.
The benefit increases cardio and calorie burning, while defining and sculpting your core and legs.
Tuesday class is a dance fitness class that is a mixture of Zumba and Hip Hop music.
It's a dance fitness class that will get your heart rate up and burn calories.
We dance for 45 mins followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching and flexibility.
Zumba Fitness w/Fabiola
Wednesday, January 3rd at 7 pm
Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance,
and flexibility, boosted energy
and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Dance & Step Fitness w/ Patrice
Saturday, January 6th at 9 am
Combining toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics with dancing.
The benefit increases cardio and calorie burning, while defining and sculpting your core and legs.
Saturday's class will be a combination of Zumba/Hip Hop and Dance and Step class.
This class will be 30 mins of dancing and 30 mins of step aerobics with dance routines.
Good way to burn extra calories, tone and strengthen your body.
Strong Nation w/ Fabiola
Monday, January 8th at 7 pm
This full-body workout combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric exercises choreographed to original, high-energy music.
The beat drives every move - squats, lunges, burpees - motivating you to push through that last rep and maybe five more.
