Now is your chance to get your pets spayed or neutered for free. Cobb Animal Services is offering two free vouchers per household per year as part of its Snip the Bill Spay and Neuter Voucher program. Cobb pet owners can pick up the vouchers 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuesday - Sunday, at 1060 Al Bishop Drive. The vouchers can only be used at West Georgia Spay Neuter Clinic in Douglasville or Community Cat Clinic in Woodstock. Available until vouchers run out.
