New School Supplies Needed Now - July 20th! Please help us, as we partner with the Cobb County Police Department, to collect new backpacks and school supplies for Cobb County students in need.

Now - July 20th at any Cobb County Police Precinct + Headquarters (8 am - 4 pm)July 20th at the Cobb Civic Center (9 am - 1 pm) (plus enjoy added fun opportunities)At any of the many businesses hosting a drop box now - July 20th.

CCPD & KIDS CARE will deliver all donations to local nonprofits who will distribute the donations to Cobb County students in need.
This community service not only benefits students in need, it helps lessen the financial burden placed on teacher's to purchase supplies out of pocket & creates a community service day for families to volunteer at. BRING YOUR NEW DONATIONS ON JULY 20TH FOR SOME ADDED FUN & RECYCLING FOR A CAUSE. 9 am - 1 pm.Meet Rose, Cobb County's Comfort Dog, and her handler Angela Thorne.One full bag of NEW donations will gain you FREE ADMISSION to the Cobb Civic Center's homemade minigolf course (good for up to a family of four). Come check it out for a little relaxing fun in the AC!Keep Cobb Beautiful will be on site to collect cans, flattened cardboard, plastic & glass bottles, cartons and Hefty Renewal plastics. ALL ALUMINIUM CANS DONATED WILL HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY.

VOLUNTEERING:
Interested in volunteering? Spots are filling fast.
We have two shifts available: 9 am - 11 am & 11 am - 1 pm. Please register with KIDS CARE at https://bttr.im/lhtwg. After you create a profile & you are moved to accepted, you can then sign up for the shift you would like.
Once registered, you will be on KIDS CARE email list and be first notified of upcoming events.
