Sunny Brook Stables

Red Heart Horse Camps @ Sunny Brook Stables are a wonderful fall activity for kids and are also a fundraiser for our nonprofit, which cares for horses with special needs. 100% of camp fees go to our non-profit and help us with the feed & vet bills for these special horses.  Learn More

Kennesaw Parks and Recreation

Multi Sports Camp | September 23rd - September 27th

9:00 am - 3:00 pm | Ages 6 -12

Campers will have the opportunity to try, learn, and compete in an array of different sports, drills, and competitions throughout the day. Campers have improved their communication and interpersonal skills amongst their peers. Many of the more experienced campers ensure newer campers know the rules to games, and lead by example in the drills, and display how to compete at a high level while displaying a higher level of sportsmanship.  

Sports include: Dodgeball, kickball, soccer, basketball, flag football, lacrosse, baseball/softball, mini games and more!

 

*Snapology "Movie Favorites" Camp | September 23 - September 27th

8:00 am - 12:00 pm | Ages 5 -12

Few animated characters are as beloved as the animals that prowled the savannah in Lion King™, the colorful, singing trolls in the Trolls™ movie, the loyal and ferocious dragons of How To Train Your Dragon™, or the magical members of the Madrigal family from Encanto™! In this Snapology program, we will give your students fun challenges to help bring their favorite animated movie characters to LEGO® life and flex their creative STEAM skills!

*Snapology "Mini-Figure Mania" Camp | September 23 - September 27

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Ages 5 -12

Building with LEGO® bricks is often about one thing; making incredible constructions for the minifigures that get to live and use them. This Snapology program will provide a structure for students to make some truly wild creations; from engineering challenges like making the tallest towers or fastest car, to ones that require more imagination and creativity, like building a city or vacation parks

Note:  *These two camps can be done as a combo camp

Full STEAM Ahead Camp | September 23 - September 27

8:00 am - 5:30 pm | Ages 6 -14

This combo camp will feature exciting Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math activities to spark the imaginations of campers. Each day will be packed with awesome mixed media visual arts activities along with engaging STEM-certified science and technology experiments. This camp is designed to keep children entertained, engaged and having fun all day!

Musical Theatre Camp | September 23 - September 27

9:00 am - 4:00 pm | Ages 5 -12

This class experience is designed to introduce young actors to various acting disciplines in a safe, non-competitive environment. All participant will participant in various disciplines and will have a chance to practice what they have learned in their end of class performance. Our goal is that your child leaves class with a long lasting appreciation of the theater arts.... and of course, lots of new friends!

Comedy Show Creation Fall Camp | September 23 - September 27

8:30 am - 4:00 pm | Ages 8 - 12

Children learn how to produce their own situation comedy. 

Etiquette for Girls Fall Camp | September 23 - September 27

9:00 am - 12:00 pm | Ages 5 -13

Our camp is designed to empower young girls with essential life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Through interactive activities, role-playing exercises, and exciting workshops, girls will learn about manners, leadership, communication, and personal development. They'll gain confidence, make new friends, and develop skills that benefit them for years to come. 

SAT/ACT Prep Combo Camp (offered by Kennesaw-based Test Prep Company, MyClassConnection) | September 23 - September 25

9:00 am - 1:00 pm | Ages 16 +

Students will “get what they need” in SAT Reading, Language and Math in this comprehensive and intense full day of content review and test taking strategies. First time test takers and repeat test takers will benefit.
