We are a smaller light display but we are getting there.  We are at approx. 12k lights right now and 20 something blow ups.  We add more and more each year.  We have been trying to get the name out to share our joy in the lights and Christmas time.

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is a 2,965 acre National Battlefield that preserves a Civil War battleground of the Atlanta Campaign. Opposing forces maneuvered and fought here from June 19, 1864 until July 2, 1864. Although most famous as a Civil War battlefield, Kennesaw Mountain has a much richer story.

The most prominent feature of the display is the lighting of the landscape.  There are over 230 trees with lights in them.  The trunks of the pine trees are wrapped in colored lights and the hardwood trees are filled with white lights.  One tree has over 20,000 lights in it and there are three additional trees with approximately 15,000 lights each.  There are 40 musical trees.

Each year, the Lights of LIFE display is a little different, making the experience unique from one year to the next. With more than one million LED bulbs, combined with the low admission cost, Lights of LIFE is the most affordable, quality light display in the metro Atlanta area.

Cool down from the summer heat at Swift-Cantrell Park’s splash pad, a 3,200 square-foot play structure including a fountain spray, ground geyser, jet stream and magic mist.  Children 2 and under are free. The Splash Pad season runs from Memorial Day to Labor day.

Located just 2 blocks off the Historic Marietta Square, the museum boasts a collection of antique fire apparatus, tools, and gear dating back to 1854. Learn how the fire department has changed over time through a self-guided tour or call ahead to schedule a guided tour for a more memorable experience.
